Who processes your information
Website enquiries and package-finder submissions are processed through Formspree. If you become a client, information may also be processed using our secure client portal and the accounting, bookkeeping, payroll and identity-checking services relevant to your work, such as Xero, QuickBooks, FreeAgent or Hubdoc. We only share information where needed to provide the service, comply with the law or where you have authorised us to do so.
Some service providers may process information outside the UK. Where this happens, we expect appropriate legal safeguards to be used.
How long we keep it
Enquiry information is kept only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, follow up and maintain appropriate business records. Client files may need to be retained for longer to meet tax, legal, insurance and professional requirements. Information that is no longer required is securely deleted or anonymised.
